In the kitchen of the Chef's Parisian restaurant, you are offered a complete menu: starter, main course and dessert. This Michelin-starred MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) Chef will explain to you the menu you will cook as well as the raw materials used. It's then up to you to play, under the watchful eye of your "teacher", you will benefit from his advice and techniques and you will create wonderful dishes in 1h30. Your efforts will finally be rewarded with the tasting of your creations.

THE CHEF
Stéphane Gaborieau discovered his passion for the flavors of Provencal cuisine in the south of France from an early age. His cuisine today is a perpetual quest for perfection. He constantly challenges himself and works with all his energy and passion. He appreciates spicy but not too spicy cuisine, the fruity taste of vegetables, products that come directly from artisans, small owners, anything that is on a human scale.

The selected recipes will be chosen carefully so as to not require any professional equipment and are easily made at home. You can repeat these delicious dishes at home to satisfy the taste buds of all your guests.
WINK OF GREETS : Chef Stéphane Gaborieau, epicurean and passionate about contemporary art, will transport you to his universe. He is a craftsman chef who keeps his feet on the ground, generous and honest and you will find him in his kitchen. The promise of a great meeting.
