Thanks to a private Guide Lecturer, GREETS invites you to discover Auvers-sur-Oise, the last place of life of the master of the Impressionists and so immerse yourself in the last months of his life. This small village of Val-d'Oise in the Île-de-France region, yet a center of Impressionism, has been marked by the passage of the Dutch painter. You can admire the landscapes that inspired van Gogh, his room in a small inn, the cemetery where he is buried (near his brother Théodore) and many other places marked by his passage.

This confidential route in the streets of Auvers-sur-Oise will make you discover the emblematic places marked by the passage of the famous artist. You will start at Auberge Ravoux, better known as Van Gogh's House, to discover your room, then you will cross the village to reach the tomb of Vincent and Théodore van Gogh.

Throughout the course, you will be accompanied by the landscapes that have inspired van Gogh during the last months of his life. First of all, the Church of Auvers-sur-Oise which inspired one of the painter's most famous paintings or the village fields which were his last source of inspiration.
